Search Engine Optimization

SEO is a process which leads to improving given web site's position in search engine output. Basically, search engine optimization is a way to present the web site to the search engine is such a way that allows it fully index the content and make it available to visitors who are searching for such content. SEO usually includes building large enough content base on the client's web site, linking different parts of web site and building external link base from other web sites to the client's site.

Why does it take a lot of time to do SEO? Why does it take more then 2 months in order for web site to reach first or second page in search engine results?
Under really good circumstances, the web site may show up on the first page of Google's results in a month or so. However, in most cases it may take more then 2 - 3 months, because of the way the search engines function. In order to raise your web site in search result output, the search engine must take into account all the changes we are making to your web site, such as external and internal links, changes to content and so on.

Why do you want to change our fancy menu? Do we really need all this mess with dual navigation? Can't we just leave our beautiful flash menu and be happy with it?
All the external flare that you have on your web site is, as a matter of fact, an implementation of certain programming code. Problem is, the more complicated this code gets, the harder it is for search engine system to read all the links you have in there. As a result - your web site isn't getting indexed as fast as it needs to be and is not placed high enough in search engine output. Consider a search engine an old literature professor who likes to read but needs large fonts to be able to see what you wrote. Give the professor large enough fonts and you'll get a good grade. Isn't it easy?

Why do we have to write some content for our site? We have nice pictures, some flash animation, why do we need more? Can't we just copy some smart boy's article and be done with it?
Getting a good grade doesn't mean presenting just a title page. The important part of any web site is textual information about the product you are presenting or selling. If such information is missing from your web site, then the web site will not be shown to people who are searching for this information. Search engines, while competing among themselves, strive to provide the best search results. They don't want to output sites with similar content, therefore your web site may be dropped from the search results altogether, since there are pages with same exact (or quite similar) textual content already.

Alright, you will get us on the first page, but why do we still have to pay you?
Search engine optimization is an ongoing process. Search engine algorithms change and factors that used to be important to rank hight get obsolete and don't play major role anymore. In meantime new factors become important, new techniques replace old ones as search engines progress and move ahead. Therefore if you leave the web site to it's own devices it will sink in search engine results. Another important consideration is your competition. The competition may get ahead of you, move on top of your web site (especially if you abandon search engine optimization and marketing efforts). Our tasks are to react to changes in search engine ranking algorithms, proactively outpace the competition and improve web site content to make sure it will stay on top of search engine results output.
